1.4. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
2. Exchanges
2.1. We accept exchanges for most items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2.2. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style please email info@space18.com.au within the specified return period with your name and order number.
2.3. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2.4. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
3. Refunds
3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the status of your refund.
3.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
3.3. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
