Shipping Methods and Timelines
We ship Australia wide through Australia Post and offer Parcel Post and Express Post shipping for all orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the available shipping options and their corresponding fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Delivery Address

Delivery Attempts and Redelivery
Australia Post will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package or there is no safe place to leave it, a delivery attempt notice will be left and the package will be taken to your local Australia Post office.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Additionally, we currently only offer shipping within Australia, and we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our shipping policy.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase our products, we recommend using a package forwarding service.
